This original Foundry Dark Rum celebrates the restoration of The Whitstable Gamecock Oyster Yawl.

Applying the same care and attention, we initially aged this Rum in a first-fill Bourbon cask, then further in a Virgin American Oak, and then it’s been finished in a Virgin English Oak cask.

This Dark Rum is presented in a box with a Gamecock Illustrated Glass.

£5 from every bottle sale goes back to Whitstable Maritime Charity to continue their restoration project.
