Our Japanese Gin is made with Shikuwasa fruit, which only grows on the small island of Okinawa in Japan.

It looks similar to a lime-but is much more powerful! It’s a super citrus, sharp and sour fruit and it’s made a really stunning dry and distinctive gin.

Can be enjoyed neat or it pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic.

I was contacted by the fruit growers of Shikuwasa from Okinawa Island in Japan to make a Gin with their fruit. They sent me the fruit for free and I went to work. This is my favourite Gin not only for the wonderful flavours but also for the relationship and journey with the growers in Japan.
