We are so proud to announce the launch of our inaugural whiskey, The Foundry Streetlight Single Malt Whiskey. This is the first-ever whiskey to be distilled within the ancient city walls of Canterbury and the first whiskey from the award-winning Canterbury Brewers & Distillers.

Handcrafted by Jon, from English barley and wild yeast sourced from the local St Augustine’s Abbey, the single barrel, single malt was aged in a premium, first fill, ex-Bourbon barrel from Loretto, Kentucky, resulting in a smooth and complex flavour profile. The Whiskey is double distilled, with Jon carefully managing entire process to develop a rich, full-bodied whiskey with deep honey and vanilla undertones.
