We’re unashamed in our love for one of our favourite hops, Cascade. We have given it centre stage to show off its spice, Citrus and grapefruit character. We’ve also chosen Magnum hops as they lend a low subtle bitterness without overshadowing the rest of the beer. We’ve selected the finest English pale and crystal malts for biscuit and caramel flavours.
