UK-Only Shipping Canterbury Brewers & Distillers ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside the UK, including the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses, at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders of £45.00 or more.
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery — £5.00 on orders under £45.00.
Estimated Delivery Times Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, please allow 2–5 working days for Royal Mail Standard delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail service disruptions or public holidays.
Age Verification & Alcohol Shipping All orders containing alcohol are subject to UK age verification requirements. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. Alcohol orders must be received by a person aged 18 or over. If no eligible adult is available to accept delivery, the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply. We comply with all applicable UK laws, including the Licensing Act 2003.
Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage.
