Juicy citrus, aromatic juniper and a little Kentish character. Our Canterbury Gin is an unfiltered London Dry, handcrafted from English barley here at The Foundry Brew Pub.
We make it from grain to glass, mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling ourselves. Eight botanicals bring it to life: juniper, orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds, Kentish apple, East Kent Golding hops, angelica and orris root.
