Our team of chefs freshly prepares all our meals in The Foundry Kitchen using local ingredients wherever possible.
Not only do they carefully craft the dishes, they also love experimenting with sauces and interesting accompaniments. Their Foundry BBQ sauce on the Ribs and Hunter's Chicken is to die for; whilst his Texan Rub on the brisket is just so good.

OUR GLORIOUS SUNDAY LUNCH
You can't beat a proper Sunday Lunch, and ours is truly amongst the best. Choose between Kentish Topside of Beef or Leg of Lamb, served with stuffing, seasonal vegetables, a Yorkshire pudding, homemade roast potatoes and of course gorgeous gravy.
The vegan option is Sweet Potato and Chickpea Roast, with red lentils, caramelised onions and mixed seeds. Served with

Both are available in children's portions too, so perfect for a special family get-together.

We're sure you'll find something delicious on our wide and varied menu. Aiming to cater for all tastes, we offer a selection of pub favourites - done our way. Little twists giving that element of craft, always adding to the flavour.
Delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are always available. We're very family friendly with a simple children's menu including familiar favourites.
