An ode to the infamous “Moonshiners” (Local Kent Smugglers)our fiery moonshine is small batch distilled from our grain to glass barley spirit. We add local Kent Apple juice and our own brewed Cider, this fragrant mix is then aged on a bed of cinnamon sticks to create a heart warming spice.
When I discovered that the word Moonshine came from Kent and the smuggling of Canterbury wool to Europe, I had no choice but to make something new Jon Mills
