Apple Pie Moonshine. Barley Spirit made from scratch at The Foundry, blended with our own Cider and Apple juice. This amazing blend is then rested on Cinnamon sticks for ten days. A powerful but smooth 44.5%.
An ode to the infamous "Moonshiners" (Local Kent Smugglers)our fiery moonshine is small batch distilled from our grain to glass barley spirit. We add local Kent Apple juice and our own brewed Cider, this fragrant mix is then aged on a bed of cinnamon sticks to create a heart warming spice.
