Limited to just 300 individually numbered bottles from a 400 bottle yield, Streetlight Single Malt Whisky is a rare single barrel English whisky crafted in Canterbury and matured in a first-fill ex-Bourbon cask from Kentucky.

Distilled by hand using English brewer's malt and wild yeast sourced from St Augustine's Abbey, this exceptional release showcases the patience, craftsmanship and individuality that define our whisky-making philosophy.

A light nose of raisins, burnt sugar, marzipan and cherries gives way to layers of stewed prunes, honey, orchard apple and gentle spice, creating a whisky of remarkable depth and character.

Following the success of our inaugural Streetlight release — winner of multiple World Whiskies Awards including Gold and Category Winner honours — this second release has already received its highest praise yet from distiller Jon:

Like all our whiskies, Streetlight comes from a single carefully selected barrel. We produce a maximum of just seven casks each year, ensuring every release remains small, distinctive and highly collectible.
